Once your order is placed, we will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.

We at Cippele are committed to deliver the finest experience.
And we understand the value of happiness and also the eagerness of receiving the products you ordered on time. Each paid order are packed and dispatched withn 24 to 72 hours (not including Sunday), Whereas all COD related orders goes through a verification process. Every COD order gets an automated call where in the customer can choose to accept the order or reject. Once we get a confirmation, we ensure to dispatch the product within a maximum of 2 business days. In case our customer could not receive or attend to the call, our Customer representative do a follow up call to get a confirmation. Once verified, the products are similarly dispatched. You can also give your confirmation on email or even choose to cancel the order by writing us at info@cippele.com with your order Number.
Please note, all our products goes through a thorough quality checks before delivery so that you can enjoy seamless experience. If for any reason we face a delay in dispatching the order, we shall duly keep you informed and make every efforts to deliver happiness on time.
We have partnered with almost all the major courier partners and we ensure the product reaches you within 3 Business days to a maximum of 10 Business days after the dispatch.
Delivery
We dispatch your pairs within 24 - 72 hours of placing the order. Delivery time would be between 3-10 working days depending on your location. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays and festivals.

Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your Cippele reach you.
